In about eight hours, many participants rediscover
their motivation and regain the energy

As a certified Senior Coach of Trust Coaching School,
she supports people through dialogue, reflection,
and meaningful communication.

Her coaching focuses on helping people reconnect
with what truly matters to them and move forward
with clarity and trust.

In addition to coaching, Shiho also offers
Mindful Travel experiences in Kawagoe,
a historic town near Tokyo,
sharing Japanese culture and perspectives
through conversation and local exploration.
